kanthari Fellowship for Social Visionaries
About
The kanthari Fellowship is a transformative program designed for social visionaries who have a burning desire to create positive change in their communities. Celebrating 16 years of impact, kanthari equips leaders who have overcome significant personal challenges to address social and environmental issues by starting their own organizations. This is not a typical academic course; it is an experiential journey that focuses on practical skills, ethical leadership, and sustainable impact. We understand the journey isn't easy, especially for those from marginalized backgrounds, which is why kanthari provides a supportive ecosystem to turn your pain into passion and your vision into a viable social venture.
Located in Kerala, India, the program welcomes individuals from all over the world who have a clear sense of purpose. Whether you are addressing climate change, human rights, or education, kanthari provides the tools to build a movement. The curriculum is designed to challenge your assumptions, sharpen your communication skills, and ensure that by the time you graduate, you are ready to lead an impactful organization with confidence and integrity.
