7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LetmeSpread - Opportunity! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any scholarship listings. We are not responsible for decisions made by scholarship providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

LetmeSpread - Opportunity! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed deadlines or unsuccessful applications.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
