CICOPS Research Scholarships in Italy for Developing Countries 2027 (Fully Funded)
About
The CICOPS Scholarships Program, sponsored by the University of Pavia and EDISU, fosters international collaboration with developing nations. This fully funded research initiative invites scholars to the University of Pavia for short-term stays of 4 to 12 weeks. Participants will submit research proposals for evaluation by CICOPS; proposals aligning with existing university research will be forwarded to the appropriate departments. Selected scholars will collaborate with university faculty on their projects within various fields such as Chemistry, Engineering, Medicine, Humanities, and Social Sciences. The host departments provide access to essential research facilities like libraries and computer labs. Upon selection, the University of Pavia assists with visa procedures, covers return airfare, provides health and accident insurance, arranges accommodation, and offers free meals at university canteens, plus a weekly stipend. After completing the program, scholars are required to submit a report on their work and copies of any resulting publications.
