Technical Assistance for Health Manufacturing (Nigeria)
About
The United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) is proud to announce a critical Call for Expression of Interest specifically designed to revolutionize the healthcare infrastructure in Nigeria. We understand that the journey to sustainable healthcare begins with local empowerment; therefore, this initiative seeks to engage a highly capable International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) or International Civil Society Organization (ICSO) to lead the charge in strengthening local manufacturing capabilities. This is more than just a project; it is a mission to ensure that life-saving maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) commodities are accessible, affordable, and produced within the very communities that need them most.
For organizations that dream of creating a lasting systemic impact, this opportunity offers the chance to dive deep into value chain mapping and provide essential technical assistance to local manufacturers. By developing a robust price regulation framework, the selected partner will help bridge the gap between industrial production and public health equity. This initiative is a cornerstone of UNICEF’s commitment to self-reliance and health security in West Africa. We are looking for partners who bring not just expertise, but a vision for a future where no child or mother is left behind due to supply chain failures. Join us in building a resilient manufacturing ecosystem that serves as a beacon for the entire continent.
